(Sept. 11, 2018) — UTSA recently launched a new campus master planning initiative for the Main and Downtown Campuses. Now, the UTSA Campus Master Plan Task Force is asking faculty, staff and students to participate in this initiative by completing the UTSA Campus Master Plan Discovery Survey.

The Campus Master Plan will link the university’s academic mission and strategic priorities to the physical development of the campuses. It will examine a range of issues such as accommodation of campus growth, the open space network, student life, sustainability and connections with the surrounding community.

The Campus Master Plan Discovery Survey is an interactive online tool that asks several questions about the campuses. The responses are designed to reveal key issues or patterns that will inform the master plan.

Participants can take the survey for the Main Campus, Downtown Campus, or both, and are asked to answer all questions, unless otherwise specified. Responses will be shared in aggregate, ensuring individual privacy.

To begin the survey, go to Main Campus Survey or Downtown Campus Survey.

At the end of the survey, participants will have the option to enter their email address to enter a drawing to win an Apple iPad Mini. There will be one drawing for students and one drawing for faculty and staff.
