(May 24, 2019) — The first raising of national and state flags over the new UTSA campus will be conducted in ceremonies on Wednesday, September 7 on the university’s central plaza.

Cadets from the St. Mary’s University Army ROTC, which includes students from UTSA as well as from St. Mary’s and other universities, will present colors and conduct the flag raising.
