OCTOBER 1, 2021 — Future Roadrunners will soon have the opportunity to see what university life is all about when UTSA Day makes its return to campus on Saturday, October 9, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
One of Strategic Enrollment’s signature events, UTSA Day is all about inviting potential students and their families to experience the campus through the eyes of current students, faculty, and staff. Key offices of the department will be on hand to answer questions.
“The UTSA Day open house event provides a significant opportunity for prospective students and their family members to experience UTSA,” said Lynn Barnes Jr., senior vice provost for strategic enrollment.”

In addition to learning about academic programs and admissions requirements during interactive presentations, prospective students will to get to know the campus. Tours take place across the university from the Recreation Wellness Center to campus residence halls.
Future Roadrunners may also become familiar with other resources the university offers at UTSA Day by visiting information fairs hosted by select academic areas, on-campus offices, student organizations and more.
For prospective students who are eager to apply to UTSA, document drop-off and assistance with applications will also be available. Applicants will be able to submit important admissions documents and receive help with their general and financial aid applications.
Those who attend this event should also pay a visit to the Rowdy Campus Store, which will be open for future Roadrunners to pick up some UTSA gear and see what types of textbooks and supplies are available to purchase on campus.
Participants can take advantage of permit-free parking options in Employee A, Employee B and unmarked commuter spaces during this event only. Paid parking garage options are also available at Main Campus.
