APRIL 25, 2022 — UTSA encourages students, faculty, staff and community members to cast their votes at the Main Campus, a designated early voting site for the upcoming May 7 election. On the ballot are two statewide constitutional amendments and six City of San Antonio bond propositions.
Early voting runs Monday, April 25, through Tuesday, May 3.
Any registered Bexar County voter may vote at the H-E-B Student Union Bexar Room (HSU 1.102). The Downtown Campus community can vote early at the nearby Bexar County Elections Office, located at 1103 S. Frio St. Voters will need to show a valid photo ID or secondary supporting ID.

Noon to 6 p.m.
Monday, May 2, and Tuesday, May 3

Deaflink Technology is available for the hearing impaired at the Bexar County Elections Office voting site, and all polling locations in Bexar County will offer the Express Touch voting unit for curbside voting use. Call 210-335-VOTE (8683) for assistance with braille and curbside voting.
Today is the deadline to register to vote in the May 24 joint primary runoff election. Voter turnout for the March 1 Texas primary election was 15.6%. Those who did not vote in the March 1 primary can choose to vote in either the Democratic Party or the Republican Party runoff. Those who cast a ballot in March will automatically receive the ballot for the party they voted in during the March primary. Visit VOTE411.org for a nonpartisan voter guide.
UTSA students, faculty and staff who need to update their voter registration can visit the UTSA Office of Civic and Community-Engaged Leadership (formerly the Center for Civic Engagement) on the second floor of the Graduate School and Research Building (GSR 2.210).
