Class of 2025, mark your calendars: Graduation Day is Dec. 15 with two ceremony times

Graduating Roadrunners and their families can mark their calendars for the Class of 2025 upcoming commencement ceremonies.

The ceremonies are scheduled for Monday, Dec. 15, at the Alamodome, 100 Montana St. in downtown San Antonio.

Two individual ceremonies will be held to honor all graduates of the university’s academic colleges and Honors College during these times:

Ceremony 1 — 10 a.m.

  • College of Education and Human Development
  • College of Sciences
  • College of Liberal and Fine Arts
  • Carlos Alvarez College of Business

Ceremony 2 — 4:30 p.m.

  • University College
  • Margie and Bill Klesse College of Engineering and Integrated Design
  • College of AI, Cyber and Computing
  • College for Health, Community and Policy

Each ceremony will last approximately three hours. Graduates and their guests are encouraged to stay for the duration of the program to honor all Roadrunners.

The Doctoral Conferral Ceremony is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 11, in the Arts Building Recital Hall of the Main Campus (ARTS 2.03.02B). Family and friends are welcome to attend; tickets are not required.

Doctoral graduates are also encouraged to attend the Alamodome ceremony for their academic college; however, the hooding process will occur only at the Thursday ceremony. 

Graduates can order their official UT San Antonio ring, cap and gown at Grad Fest, which will be Sept. 29 and 30 at the Main Campus, and Oct. 6 at the Downtown Campus. All graduating Roadrunners are given a one-year membership to the UT San Antonio Alumni Association.
