(July 29, 2019) — The UTSA Office of Human Resources reminds benefits-eligible employees to review and/or make changes to their group insurance benefit elections before the annual enrollment period ends at 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31, 2019.

During this time, benefits-eligible employees must add, update or remove dependents from their coverage. Active employees who want to access UT FLEX plans must also enroll or re-enroll in those plans before the benefits deadline.

Before 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31, please log into the MyUTBenefits system to:

    • Make changes to benefits
    • Enroll or re-enroll in UT FLEX
    • Make a declaration as a tobacco user or non-tobacco user
    • Request new coverage for eligible dependents
    • Remove ineligible dependents from the program

To log into the system, select “Single Sign On (SSO).” SSO allows users to utilize their network ID (abc123) and passphrase.

UTSA employees should direct questions to the Human Resources Benefits Office at [email protected] or (210) 458-4250 (automated system). Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Employees may also call their benefits representative directly. Representatives are assigned according to the first initial of each employee’s last name: Sheryl Robisheaux (alpha A-G, x4258), Roberto Romero (alpha H-O; x8509) or Elizabeth Corrales (alpha P-Z, x4652).
