Update, Sunday, Jan. 25:

In response to winter weather conditions, the campuses of UT San Antonio will be closed on Monday, Jan. 26.

Academic Campuses:

For students, this means classes at the Main Campus, Downtown Campus, Southwest Campus, Park West Campus, San Pedro I and One Riverwalk Place will be cancelled on Monday, Jan. 26. This includes labs and other in-person programs.

Employees with essential job functions should contact their direct supervisor for scheduling guidance. All other employees will not work on Monday, Jan. 26 while the academic campuses are closed.

On Monday, there will be locations available on the Main Campus for students and employees to use as warming stations:

  • The John Peace Library will be open as a 24-hour warming center. The Downtown Library will be closed.
  • The Student Union north building, located beside the McKinney Humanities Building, will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

To support campus residents, Housing and Residence Life staff will be available on-site and on-call to maintain safe walkways, building access and emergency needs. Front desks will operate as usual from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday.

The Roadrunner Café will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday and Monday to ensure campus residents have access to meals, with the Roadrunner Café Market open until 10 p.m.

Additional updates for operations on Monday, Jan. 26:

  • The Roadrunner Pantry will be closed. To-go food kits will be available in the Student Union during operating hours for individuals in need.
  • Campus Recreation will be open 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Wellness 360 (Counseling and Health Clinic) will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with limited staffing.

  • The Rowdy Campus Store will be closed.
  • The Runner (Main Campus shuttles) will not operate.
