UTSA students, faculty, staff and community members are encouraged to make their voices heard by casting their votes at the UTSA Main Campus, a designated early voting site for the March 1 Texas primary election. Early voting will continue through February 25.
Any registered Bexar County voter may vote at the H-E-B Student Union Bexar Room (HSU 1.102). The Downtown Campus community can vote early at the nearby Bexar County Elections Office, located at 1103 S. Frio St. Please note, if your voter registration card shows an expiration date of December 31, 2021, you are still registered to vote.

Election Day is Tuesday, March 1.
Voters should be prepared to show a valid photo ID or secondary supporting ID. Deaflink Technology is available during the early voting period at the Bexar County Election Department. Please call 210-335-VOTE (8683) for assistance with braille and curbside voting.
The UTSA Center for Civic Engagement will be supporting all Roadrunners and campus and community partners in the collective effort to increase voter participation and build on the momentum of student activism over the past few years. According to the National Study of Learning, Voting and Engagement Report, 62.4% of UTSA’s students voted in the 2020 presidential election—up from the 45.5% that voted in 2016. That increase in voter turnout earned UTSA the All IN Democracy Challenge Silver Seal for the 2020 presidential election.
Center for Civic Engagement staff will be serving as Voter Deputy Registrars to assist those interested in registering to vote.
