UT San Antonio announced on Tuesday the appointment of Jinjun Xiong as founding dean of the College of AI, Cyber and Computing.

The grant will fund conservation, digitization and fellowships based on Kennedy’s lifelong work documenting Mexico's diverse cuisines.
